The first known pizza shop, Port 'Alba in Naples, opened in 1830 and is still open today.
Usage
Great for making home made pizza sauce, pizza sausage or sprikling on pizza before cooking. Ideal for pasta and rice dishes.
Storage Requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
On the Label
A great blend of Italian style herbs which is perfect for adding extra flavour to pizzas. It is also great on pasta dishes and for use on grilled and barbequed meats.

Basil, Garlic Granules, Onion Powder, Oregano, Pepper, Rosemary, Sea Salt, Sesame Seeds, Thyme.
