Description
Green Chilli Papadoms - delicious, spicy Indian crackers. Papads are thin wafers made of urid dall. The papads are seasoned with various spices and herbs. These are seasoned with green chilli. The product is free from Gluten, rich in protein and dietary fibre.

The traditional ways of India often meant that brides were selected on how they roasted a papadom. The secret of her temperament lay in the way she carried out the cooking task; for instance, if parts of the papadom were roasted black, it could suggest that she would be hotheaded and if parts remained unroasted, she could be too mild mannered. Not cooking them to perfection could have meant the difference between a yes and a no for marriage.
Usage
It is used as an accompaniment to an Indian meal, as a snack and as croutons in soups.
