Description
Garlic Papadoms - delicious, spicy Indian crackers. Papads are thin wafers made of urid dall. The papads are seasoned with various spices and herbs. These are seasoned with garlic. The product is free from Gluten, rich in protein and dietary fibre.

A song has been written and performed by a group about the preparation of Papadoms in South India. It is calledl 'Appalam Ittup Paaru.' which means 'Roll the Papad and see'. The flour is rolled using a metallic or wooden roller and made into a round rolled flat flour cake and fried in oil and served as a side-dish along with the main course. This song was reported in the English local daily newspaper called 'The Hindu'. It was composed by Sri Bhagawan, linking each step in the preparation of Papad to 8-fold Yoga and Self-Enquiry
