Usage Ideal for fish and shellfish, cottage and cream cheese. It is used as a seasoning in Middle Eastern cuisine. Dill is also used in the seasoning blend for rice pilaf.
Storage Requirements Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
