Description
Sunrize Currants - Premier quality currants - tangy sweet and juicy! These currants are dried without sulphur dioxide. The berry of a small seedless variety of cultivated grape (Vitis vinifera). Provide dietary fibre, potassium, vitamins, minerals and iron in the daily diet.

Currants derive their name from the Greek town of Corinth from where the fruit was distributed to the rest of Western Europe. In the middle ages Currants were known as 'Raisins de Corauntz'

In cakes, puddings, biscuits, salads, savoury rice dishes, muesli, porridge, yoghurts etc

Storage Requirements
